Little Surprise !!

Casaya Evelynn is here!!!!
She was born December 28th, 2009!
She weighs 4 pounds 2 ounces. and is 16 inches long!!

She was 5 1/2 weeks early. I had a cough for about two weeks and did not think much of it. Well on the 27th I started coughing so hard, I got one of those headaches you get from coughing too hard. I did not think much of it and I went to bed or I tried to. I ended up being up all night for my head hurt so bad. The next morning I got up and sent Jeremy to work. I called him an hour later and told him I think something is wrong. I called my neighbor and she came over helped me call the dr and helped me get Ashely ready so her daughter could watch Ashley while she took me over to the insta care. We got there, they got me checked in and went to go and take my blood pressure and it was 202. They looked at me and told me they were going to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. So they took me over to Riverton Hospital and checked on me again, my pressure went up to 220. So they called my dr, he came in and said that we had 45 min to get ready for they were going to take me in for an emergency c section. I called Jeremy and got him to the hospital about 20 min before they took me back. We had no camera, no overnight bag, nothing was ready to prepare us for this. They took me back got me hooked up, put in the spinal, and I started to flip out, for every thing happened so fast I could not process it. The whole time they were doing the c section I kept on hearing Jeremy go, I see a foot, I see another foot, I see a butt, oh there is a sholder, ah I see some hair and there she is!!! They took her over to get her cleaned up. Her cry is so quite that I was not sure if that was her making the noise or not. After they got me stitched up they brought her over to me so I could give her a kiss, then they rushed her off to make sure she was ok.

My husbands birthday!!!!

Yesterday was Jeremy's 33rd Birthday! He had a great day! We did not do much for him but we were busy all day! We woke up and had rolls, then got Ashley through the tub and went to Kiddie Kandids to get her pic taken, from there we went to Jeremy's moms house to say hi. We left there and went to the baby dr. Every thing is going great with the baby, dr said its still ok if we take her a week early! Yay! Hopefuly she will come two or three weeks early! From the baby dr we went to Arbys for Jeremys Birthday dinner. Then unfortunatly Jeremy had to go to work for 4 hours! Once he got off he came home and watched the Jazz win!! So all in all it was a great day for him! Below are a few pics that we took through out the day!

Ashley decided to help daddy do his hair, every daddy needs a headband right?

Ashley helping Jeremy open his Birthday presents! She kept on going "Ashees?" She does not get that her daddy's Birthday is just four days before hers! It is so hard to wait when you are only two years old!
We went and got Ashley's photo taken at Kiddie Kandids, While we were driving she decided she had enough smiling, So she passed out!
I asked Jeremy what he wanted to do for his Birthday, he said he wanted to wash the car, so we did. He had a blast.
By the time all the activities were done Ashley ended up pooped. So hard waiting for your Birthday! All day all she could ask is "Ashley s Birthday"?

I hope you had a great birthday honey!!! I love you!!

Up time!!

If you see injustice, STAND UP
If something needs to be said, SPEAK UP
If you make an appointment, SHOW UP
If you make a mistake, FESS UP
If you’re overstepping, BACK UP
If you get behind, CATCH UP
If they knock you down, GET UP
If you’re out of line, STRAIGHTEN UP
When your boss instructs, KEEP UP
When your elders speak, LISTEN UP
When your teachers teach, SIT UP
When your preachers preach, WAKE UP
When your country calls, MAN UP
Ladies too... WOMAN UP
When the fight is over, MAKE UP
If you’re being hard, EASE UP
If your heart is closed, OPEN UP
If you want to buy something, SAVE UP--
It’s not an entitlement, so SHUT UP!
If you make a mess, CLEAN IT UP
If you drop trash, PICK IT UP
If a car is waiting for you to
walk across the street, SPEED IT UP
If you’re cold busted, GIVE IT UP
If people fall down, HELP THEM UP--
Not the government, YOU STEP UP
If idiots start fighting, BREAK IT UP
If the music is wholesome, TURN IT UP
If the message is poisonous, THROW IT UP
If your words are vulgar, CLAM IT UP
If your words encourage, KEEP IT UP
If your pants are baggy, PULL THEM UP
If the belt’s too loose, CINCH IT UP
If your fly is down, ZIP IT UP
If you’re dressed half naked, COVER IT UP
If you can’t afford stuff, PASS IT UP--
No “bailouts” folks, PONY UP
If you made a promise, you BACK IT UP
And you can take your whining and PACK IT UP
It’s called personal responsibility, so TAKE IT UP
This country was founded on it, you can LOOK IT UP
It’s the American way people, so TURN IT UP
Because when life gets boring, you SHAKE IT UP
When life is good, you SOAK IT UP
When life’s unfair, you SUCK IT UP
When life is funny, you can YUCK IT UP
When life is sad, just LOOK STRAIGHT UP
And life’s too short people, so LIVE IT UP!

Getting ready for two birthdays and christmas!

Not a whole lot has been happening since I last blogged. I am getting ready for both Jeremy and Ashley's birthdays. Then I am trying to figure out what to get people for Christmas. We will be having a home made Christmas this year which I think will be kind of fun and different. Not sure what I am going to make Jeremy or Ashley for that matter. I always seem to make Jeremy scrapbook pages about sports or things that we have done through out the year. So I am pretty sure that he does not want any more pages, but I am not a very crafty person so I will have to figure out what to make him, and as far as Ash is concerned I will probably make her a new blankie or something. Not sure though, Any one have any ideas?

We just got Peanut a new coat at Walmart today, she looks so cute in it!!!! I will have to find batteries for my camera and take pics,so those will hopefully be up in the next week or two.

I am planning Ashley's princess birthday party for December 19th, 11:00 at our house!!! Please come!

What I am thankful for!

There are a lot of things that people are thankful for here are a few of mine:

- I am thankful for a loving and wonderful husband who is willing to work several hours a day, so I can stay at home and take care of our girls.

- I am thankful for my daughter, even though she is heading into the terrible threes, she still finds ways to make me smile and laugh every day.
One of her latest stories,
Ashley comes up to me "Mommy, come here please"
I was laying down resting at the time, so I really did not want to get up. I told her " Can I come in a little bit? Mommas tired"
Ashley: No come now!
Me: Why?
Ashley: Cause I want to tell you something.
Me: What do you want to tell me
Ashley: I love you mommy!

- I am thankful for a mother who lets us spend the night, when it snows and is freezing, so we wont have to drive an hour home with black ice.

- I am thankful for a neighbor who is willing to go over and check on our dog while we are visiting our parents. I am even more thankful for the same neighbor who took our dog over to her house last night so Peanut could have a sleep over, so she would not have to sleep out side in the freezing cold!

- I am thankful for my Mother and Father in-law who is always there for us.

-I am thankful for our house we have to live in, a place were we raise our small family, and learn to love and be a happy family.

-I am thankful for our church. We may not be there every week for we are visiting our family, but I am grateful for no matter which ward we go to its all the same.

- I am thankful for my mom who comes down just to visit, and ends up taking my little one for a day or two so that I can get some rest!

-I am thankful for all the stores out there willing to give excellent deals on things, so we can afford Christmas! (Thank you Black Friday!)

- I am thankful to my extended family who is willing to drop what they are doing and come all the way down to our house to help us move heavy desks, filing cabinets and boxes.

-I am thankful for my Grandparents for loving and supporting us. I am also grateful that they are willing to collect clothes for our little girl, so she wont come home in a paper bag.

Wow! When I started this blog I thought I would have a few things to write down, I am realizing, there is so much to be thankful for. Even when I have trials, I am grateful that I can learn from them and grow better as a person. So that is just a few things I am THANKFUL for!

I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving! And if you go shopping on Black Friday that you will be safe!

Joke of the day!

My mom sent this cute little story to my email account, I think its so cute I want to share it with you!!

A little girl asked her mother: 'Where do people come from?' –
wondering about the beginnings of the human race.
The mother answered, 'God made Adam and Eve; they had children;
and thus was all mankind made.'
Two days later the girl asked her father the same question.
The father answered, 'Many years ago there were monkeys from which the human race evolved.'
The confused girl returned to her mother and said,
'Why did you tell me the people were created by God, and Dad said they came from monkeys?'
The mother answered, 'Well, Honey, it is very simple. I told you about my side of
the family, and your father told you about his.'

Ashley was sitting down reading a book when I took this photo. Then she thought it would be fun to have our own photo shoot. Yes I took the pics so I know they are not the best quality, but hey I had fun! While we were doing the photo shoot Ash did all of her own poses! She LOVES having her photo taken. These are just a few of my favorite pictures!

October Fun!

Here are a few things we have been doing so far this month.

To start off with here is a good pic of Peanut since we have not up dated her pic in a while.

Ashley just being Ashley. She LOVES cameras!

We took Ashley to the dentist for the first time two weeks ago. The dentist was so good with Ashley we got her in the chair took the pic then she got a little scared when the chair started to move. So then I held her on my lap and he counted her "princess teeth" The dentist said that her teeth were really good and well spaced. She has ten teeth on top and ten teeth on the bottom. Ashley love the dentist after that and wants to go back soon! which is a good thing. Jeremy and I did not have a great appointment. We found out that we both have to have crowns. Which is not good! Especially when you are poor!

Last night we carved our pumpkins. Well Jeremy and I carved our pumpkins and Ashley colored hers! So I wont explain the next few photos. But just remember we had a blast!

Jeremy is allergic to the insides of the pumpkin so I had to "de-gut" both of our pumpkins.
This pic was taken right after Jeremy finished carving his pumpkin, he went to show it to Ashley thinking she would love it for she loves Halloween. Right when she saw his face she flipped out! She threw her pumpkin and started bawling. We we had to take a pic of her sad face!
Jeremy and his "scary pumpkin"
Ashley showing off her final master piece.
My pumpkin.
Ash and Jer with all four of our pumpkins. For Casayas pumpkin we just wrote on it "Baby Casaya"
Jeremys pumpkin all lit up.
And finally my pumpkin all lit up.
Jeremy and I went back to the dentist today to get part of our teeth deep cleaned. Well while we were doing that, they discovered that he has to have a root canal ASAP. So he is scheduled to get one next Wednesday. Jeremy is terrified of the dentist, so I might have to go and hold his hand the whole time which will be fine with me. I love to be there to support him in any way I can, even if it is just to hold his foot.

I got a call from my neighbor yesterday saying that she has a friend moving to Eagle Mountain and needs a baby sitter for a one year old and a seven year old. Wanted to know if it was ok that she gave her my phone number. Of course its ok! I need the money, and I would love to start watching children again!

My conversation with Ashley

Ashley: " can I have some more?" (juice)
Me: "I sorry sweetie we are all out"
Ashley: "Well go buy some"
Me: "I am sorry we dont have any money"
Ashley: "Yes you do, its in your pocket"

Man I wish life was that easy, whenever you needed money it was right there in your pocket. I love the ideas that Ashley can come up with. Ash is starting to tell some really cute stories now. Most of them dont make sence but it is cute listening to her side of the story! I love you Ashley!

Lots of stuff! (Past three months)

We have had a lot of fun events going on in our family lately. So this is just a catch up with pictures!!!!

This pic is of our poor little sick Ashley. She came in one morning, "Mommy my tummy hurts" I was like "ok go lay back down". Right then she decides to throw up on me and my bed. Poor little girl, but after this nap she woke up and was back to her normal self.

The other day I was walking down the stairs too try and take our dog out side and I for some reason decided I did not need my four last steps and fell down the stairs, so this is my result from my own stupidity.

I know this pic is really dark, I took it with my camera phone, but it lets you know what her favorite game is. She loves to put things in "time out" So I guess curious George was being bad for he was in time out. I love it when she starts yelling at her stuffed animals and babys "your naughty go in the corner!"
This is the first thing that we bought for our little Casaya.

One day Ashley was being really bad that I had to lock her in her room for time out, then pretty soon I noticed things got a little to quite. When I went into her room this is what I found.

My cousin Ryan got married in June to his lovely bride Rebbecca. Congratulations! here are a few of my favorite shots!

The day before my cousin Ryan got married my cousin Aaron got married! He married his lovely bride Stephanie! Congratulations you two!

This is a pic I took of Ashley today for she really wanted her picture taken. So this was her before we got her ready for the day.
We had our ultra sound yesterday, we made sure that she was a girl. So in twenty short weeks we will be welcoming Casaya Evelynn Foy into the world! Here is her picture we got about a month ago. We got another one yesterday, but Jeremy has all the photos at his work showing them off so once I get them back I will put them on the blog. So until then I will show you one of my favorite pictures from our first session. It looks like she is trying to blow bubbles, but it is her umbilical cord.
We had the Foy family reunion a couple of weeks ago. The next few are of Ashley playing in the water.
She LOVES playing with the sand just under the water.
This is Ash trying to be a little run way model. I think she is so cute!!!

My brother and his wife had there first little boy back in August. Welcome to the world Benton!
