I've lately tried to become a better cook. If you look on my blog there are a few blogs that are cooking blogs that I sometimes like to go to and look at for new recipes.
The easiest recipe I know is for peanut butter cookies. 1 cup peanut butter (I like a good brand vs. generic) 1 cup sugar and 1 egg. Mix together, form into little balls, mash down a bit with a fork, pop in the oven (350) for 8-10 minutes...and there you go. (tip: they are really crumbly when hot, let cool...it's better to undercook them than overcook them)
